The customer opts to swap the purchased widget for another of equal or lesser value if technical issues prevent the original product from being used.

2. Conditions for Exception
To request a refund or swap:

The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Customers must provide:

Proof of purchase.

A clear explanation of the issue encountered.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.) of the malfunction.

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem. If the issue remains unresolved, a refund or a one-time widget swap may be approved.

3. Exclusions (No Refund or Swap Will Be Granted If):
The customer simply changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

The product was used, modified, or integrated into any personal system.

The issue results from misuse, lack of compatibility with third-party tools, or unsupported platforms.

4. Request Process
To initiate a refund or swap request, email us at support@kicktools.app with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Swap Request.” Our team will respond within 3 business days and determine eligibility based on the criteria above.

Approved refunds may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
