Refunds may be issued within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Product Defects: Refunds will be provided for products that are defective or do not perform as described. Customers must report any issues promptly to be eligible for a refund. If KickTools is unable to resolve any technical issues to the customer's satisfaction, a refund may be issued upon request.

Misrepresentation: If the product description or features significantly differ from the actual functionality, customers may request a refund.

Unauthorized Charges: Any unauthorized charges made to the customer's account should be reported to their payment processor for resolution. Refunds for unauthorized charges will be subject to the policies and procedures of the payment processor used for the transaction.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be provided for purchases made due to a change of mind or if the customer no longer requires the product.
